MILLION IN NEW MULTIFAMILY PROJECTS

Park, Florida ... November 1, 2005 - Lance Walker, Sr.,
President of Central Florida based general contractor
Walker & Company has announced $60 Million in new
multifamily construction starts.
Academy Village Phase II Apartment Project in Kissimmee
was designed by Charlan Brock & Associates for the
Cagan Management Group. This second phase of construction,
is comprised of 216 units, totaling 239,392 s.f., in
nine, three-story wood frame buildings with stucco exterior.
The
Villas of
Seagate in Dunedin, FL is an upscale town home project
designed by JW Smith Design Group for the Ballast Point
Communities of St. Petersburg, FL. The project is comprised
of 33, 3-story town homes with CMU construction and
tile roofs. Each unit has a 3-car garage and an elevator.
The community, located on St. Joseph's Sound in Dunedin,
includes a swimming pool and bathhouse.
Construction
is underway on the Centre Court Ridge Project at the
Reunion Resort in Osceola County, FL. The 154 unit luxury
resort condominium project being constructed for The
Ginn Company consists of eleven, four-story buildings
comprising approximately 386,000 square feet. The project
was designed by Guy Butler Architects of Orlando.
