Winter
Park, Florida ... October 1, 2003 - Lance Walker, Sr.,
President of Central Florida based Walker & Company
Construction, Inc., announced two new projects under
way in Central Florida.
Gateway
Villas Apartments in Pinellas Park, Florida is a
300-unit apartment project being constructed for the
Fairfield Development Companies of Akron, Ohio. The
Owner designed project, includes a clubhouse and pool,
15 three-story buildings, and garages.
Renovation
and expansion work is well underway for Dr. Jeffrey
Hartog at the Bougainvillea Clinique on Bear Gully Road
in Winter Park, FL. The project, designed by Thomas
Moore, Architect of Maitland is being accomplished while
the clinic remains in full operation and includes the
addition of two state-of-the-art surgery rooms, recovery
and pre-op centers and a new reception area blending
the existing building with the 5,500 s.f. addition.
