Winter
Park, Florida ... July 1, 2003 - Lance Walker, Sr.,
President of Central Florida based Walker & Company
Construction, Inc., announced two new projects under
way in Central Florida.
Citrus
Falls Apartments, in Tampa, Florida is a 273-unit
apartment project being constructed for Crescent Resources
of Charlotte, NC. The $14,800,000 project, which includes
a clubhouse and garages was designed by The Housing
Studio also of Charlotte, NC.
Winter
Park Apartments is a 30-unit two-story masonry apartment
project being constructed for the Winter Park Housing
Authority in conjunction with Orlando Neighborhood Improvement
Corp. and the City of Winter Park. The $1.78 million
project will be a model of affordable housing in West
Winter Park. The Architect is Brown, Cooper, Gwin &
Associates in Winter Park. It is located on Railroad
Avenue in Winter Park.
