Park, Florida ... October 1, 2002 - Lance Walker, Sr.,
President of Central Florida based Walker & Company
Construction, Inc., announced two new projects under
way.
Bahama
Bay Resort Clubhouse, in Davenport, Florida is a 16,000
s.f., two-story masonry structure designed with a Bahamian
Décor. The Owner, Maesbury Homes, Inc. has included
conference rooms, fitness areas, saunas, a luxurious
pool and spa with locker rooms; a game room, media center
and spacious lounges for entertainment. This $1.5 million
project was designed by the Scott Partnership of Orlando.
Construction
is underway on Cobblestone Crossing, a 294 Unit Multifamily
Development in Sanford, Florida designed by Charlan
Brock & Associates of Maitland for The Klein Company
of Philadelphia. The $19 million project consists of
40 two-story buildings of Class A Apartment Homes with
private garages in each building.
