Winter Park, Florida ... August 26, 2002 - Lance Walker, Sr., President of Walker & Company Construction, Inc., in its 28th year in the Central Florida construction market, announced that construction is nearing completion on two of its multifamily projects.

Ridgepointe at Cagan Crossings Phase II consists of 288 units in twelve buildings. This $13 million second phase continues the Traditional Neighborhood Development being developed by The Cagan Management Group. Charlan Brock & Associates designed the project.

The Verandahs at Brighton Bay is a $19 million multifamily project which includes six two story and 16 three story buildings with 381 units, a clubhouse and pool. Centex Multifamily is the developer, KKE of Dallas, Texas the Architect. The Project is located in St. Petersburg, FL.
