Winter Park, FL based General Contractor and Construction Manager, Walker & Company, recently completed Solutions Bridal Designer House located at 4194 Conroy Road, Orlando, FL.  The tenant build-out/remodel was a total of 3,302 s.f.  Scott Partnership of Orlando was the Architect.

Remodel of Lake Highland Prep Building 940 is a 16,015 s.f. renovation of the existing Administration Building.  It will be converted to a newly remodeled Office/Classroom building scheduled to be completed by the end of July, 2010.  The project was designed by Powell Design Group of Orlando, FL.

Renovation/Remodel of 324 units at Fountain Bridge Apartments in Tampa is underway.
