Winter Park based General Contractor and Construction Manager, Walker & Company recently completed the Starbuck’s Retail Shopping Center in Clermont, FL.  The project was designed by Architectural Design Collaborative of Winter Park, FL for Owner Cagan Management Group of Clermont. The building consists of 8,764 s.f. and is part of the Cagan Town Center Project.

The 4,500 s.f. Tenant Build-out is close to completion for the Paramount Urgent Care Center in Clermont, Fl, located at the Cagan Town Center.  The project was designed by Forum Architecture of Altamonte Springs, FL.

Also completed is the one story, 12,000 s.f. specialty retail center, “The Cape at Westridge” in Polk County, FL.  The architect of record was Designer’s Architectural of Sanford, FL.
