Construction Management
Walker & Company is a leader in providing construction management services to our customers by creating a successful partnership with them throughout the construction process. We specialize in joining the development team during the early stages, assisting with conceptual cost models, construction financing studies, site layout and design support. We will identify the roles and responsibilities of the team and implement project controls for all aspects of the project from project conception through completion and post-construction.
Design-Build
